Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

All RENI pieces are covered by a 30-day limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This covers manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps or loose stones. Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, and damage caused by water, chemicals, or improper care are not covered.
