Return window

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Final sale items

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The item you'd like to return or exchange

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
