We know how important it is to receive your jewelry without confusion or surprises. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping fees, delivery timelines, tracking, duties, and order updates.

Shipping fees & delivery timelines
We use flat-rate shipping based on your delivery region. Shipping costs do not change based on order size.
Delivery timelines listed below are estimates only.
Please note:
- Shipping timelines do not include weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays (weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, etc.)
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Shipping fees are based on your order subtotal before taxes and discounts
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeline will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Quality inspection
- Careful packaging
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

- Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: $12.99 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe

- Standard International Shipping: $19.99 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard International Shipping: $19.99 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 12–21 business days
Asia

- Standard International Shipping: $24.99 CAD

Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping notes
- Orders ship from Canada
- We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarding services
- Tracking is provided when available
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as couriers may take time to scan packages into their system.
Order status meanings
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared
- Shipped: Your order has left our facility and is on the way
- Delivered: The courier has marked your order as delivered
If your order is marked Delivered but you haven’t received it, please check:
- Your mailbox or building mailroom
- Front or back entrance
- With neighbors or building management
If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us and we’ll assist.
Split shipments
In some cases, orders may ship separately due to item availability or packaging requirements.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
Delays
If your order hasn’t shipped within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with an update within 24–48 hours.
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Courier delays
- Customs processing

Duties, taxes & customs fees
Canada
Applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Local taxes (VAT/GST)
- Customs handling fees
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reimburse these fees.

Foreign transaction fees
RENI does not charge any additional fees beyond your order total.
Some banks may apply foreign transaction fees depending on your card provider. These charges are controlled by your bank and are non-refundable.
