Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren't always possible. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Where do you ship to?

We ship from Canada to select international destinations. Available shipping countries are shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

To preserve the finish of your RENI pieces:

  • Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store pieces in a dry place when not in use
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear

With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty.

Materials & Quality

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with 14K or 18K gold plating with an electrophoretic coating for a smooth, lasting finish.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?

Yes. All RENI jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

Packaging

How will my order arrive?

Each order is thoughtfully packaged and includes:

  • A white jewelry pouch
  • A cleaning cloth
  • Silica gel for protection
  • A thank you card
